The importance of having somebody dependable that you can count on for helping
you deal with various financial aspects of a project the size of Ravenwood cannot
Their primary responsibilities included helping us work over all of the aspects of our financial standing, and grasping our limits and schedules, but they also provided a number of additional services that helped pull the project together. They reviewed our current insurance policies and interfaced with our insurance company to bring things up to a satisfactory level. They helped us through the process of the land purchase and made sure that we had all the appropriate legal documents delt with in a correct manner. And most importantly, they have always been there for us to bounce ideas off of and help us understand many of the complex "paper" issues involved with a project like this. Financial advisors aren't necessary for everybody, or for every home building project, but we would definately recommend them to anybody that was in a similar position as we were when we started down this path. |
