- First Floor Plans
-
Most of the house is on the first floor. In the plan view presented here, the east wing
is on the top, the south wing in the center, and the west wing at the bottom.
- East Wing
- The East Wing is also primarily focused at providing the private areas of the house.
In the first floor of the east wing, is the Library, two home offices,
and the exercise room. The East Wing is connected to the rest of the house
by the stair tower which provides access to the uppstairs master suite. There
is also a circular stair in the library.
- South Wing
- Upon entering the house thru the central entryway, there are passages to the
right and left. To the left, you are led into the stair tower, where you can choose
to enter the first floor section of the East wing, go up the stairs to the master
suite, down the stairs to the wine cellar, or you can enter the Gallery Walkway which
provides access to the rest of the South wing, which includes the Great Hall, Tea Room,
Conservatory, and the two guest bedrooms.
- West Wing
- In the West wing of the house, you will find the kitchen directly situated
off of the Great Hall, with a small butlers pantry that buffers the access between
the two. On the opposite end of the kitchen, is the family room, with a large fireplace
providing a central feeling of warmth and security. There is a pantry and laundry room
located in small rooms that are attached to this space. And easy access to the garage is
just beyond the fireplace, as is the stairway which leads up above the garage to the
lounge.
- Second Floor Plans
-
The second floor of Ravenwood consists of three distinct and seperate areas. There is
no direct access to these areas from other parts of the second floor, access is provided
from stairways leading up from the first floor.

a covered patio, and a balcony overlook of the library.
- South Wing
- Upstairs access in the South Wing is provided by a small stairway tucked inside of the
cloakroom. Once you get upstairs, you are met with a small room with a balcony that overlooks
the entryway. Another smaller stairway here leads up to the Art Studio which is situated above
the full expanse of the Great Hall.
- West Wing
- The upstairs section of the West wing consts only of a single room that is located
above the garage. This is the lounge. There is a 20 foot bar centrally situated in the
room. There is also a media area on one end of the lounge, and a fireplace with comfortable
